Micro house project

Final assignment

TASK: This assignment has got two part which is PART A (GROUP WORK) and

PART B (INDIVIDUAL WORK):

We have to establish from our GROUPWORK and propose a SINGLE storey MICRO HOUSE project. The Micro House should consist of basic spaces such as livingarea, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (balcony-optional).

PART B:

We are In-group discussion (according to tutorial groups) we need to :
Task A1: Propose a SITE and choose LAYOUT –given option)
Task A2: Create template for TITTLE BLOCK
Task A3: Propose MATERIALS for overall structure (wall, floor, door, windows, roof)
Task A4: Provide 1 set of FURNITURE REFERENCE (sofa, cabinet, dining table, bed, side table etc)
Task A1 : In a group of 5 members (according to tutorial groups), we need to propose a SITE and
SELECT LAYOUT based on three categories :

week 1

Firstly, we have a group discussion meeting to decide the site and decide which furniture we wanted to choose so that we can move on to our individual part.

week 2

Started with the title block, draft of floor plan and lastly floor plan with proper scale (1:50)

week 3

Initial draft for elevation view drawing, roughly get the idea of the layout before moving on to the proper elevation drawing.

week 4

Process with the section drawing, then, double check before ink all of them, including proper dimensions before submitting.

interpersonal skills

As this assignment has a part of group work, it is a must for us to learn how to b dynamic in a group so that our discussion process will be smooth and fluent. Luckily, all my group member are friendly and hardworking person. Hence, it is a pleasure experience to me.

digital literacy

Thanks to technology, we can have discussion meeting online, using the "GOOGLE MEET" platform, we can do our discussion effectively and have efficient time for us to complete the next part, which is the individual part. Also learn how to generate meeting online.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Undoubtedly that, having both group work and individual work are both important for us to sharpen our communication skills while understanding others, also need to make sure that we have the right way to express our thoughts and query.
